Carrollton Tech and Methods Technology Solutions have won the RFP for the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance's redesign of the TOPS program. This project will take TOPS from a green-screen application to a web-based Java platform, positioning LOSFA to serve the state's students for many years to come.
